Measuring and keeping track of your pressure waves duration, frequency, intensity and pattern. This can help you indicate which stage of birthing you’re in or when to call your midwife or head to the hospital.
➜ Ideally your partner can track your pressure waves sparingly and keep you undisturbed by numbers.
➜ A pattern to look for is surges every 2-5 minutes that last 45-60 seconds. You can ride/relax into the pressure wave for 60 seconds and then sensations stop, giving you a break to rest.
