KICO knees in calves out

Knees in Calves out – a position to open up the pelvic outlet and give your baby maximum space for a “pushing” or “breathing baby out” phase.

➜ Your sacrum (tailbone) must be free to move outwards, knees in and calves out or parallel to each other.

➜ You can be in a KICO position on all fours, upright or laying down on your side.

➜ Ultimately listen to your own body and your own instincts to get into the best position for you and your baby!
