Peanut Ball is a peanut shaped birthing ball. It’s more relaxing than a birth ball and especially useful with an epidural, posterior baby and/or a need to stay in bed.
➜ It helps open up your pelvis, relieve discomfort, reduce birthing time and interventions.
➜ Peanut ball is most commonly used while lying down or semi-sitting on the bed.
➜ You can also spiral, sway, rock, get onto hands-and-knees or just lean on the peanut ball to find movement, support and/or rest.
